Where this all began...

Updated: Apr 1, 2019

Who am I? Who are the Hall's?

From the time I first went to an OBGYN at the age of 15, I was told I wasn't able to have children. Too many factors from family and myself led up to it. Statistics say one in four miscarry and one in eight are infertile. When the third and fourth doctor came that told me the same thing, I finally settled into my brain I wouldn't be able to, and to just focus on fostering and adopting (which is a blessing in and of its own). But, January 26, 2018, I was over a week late. I had already been to an urgent care due to a kidney problem I've struggled with my whole life, and I had told the nurse I was almost a week late but that pregnancy test showed negative, so the nurse said I hadn't started because of my kidney problem. So just out of curiosity I took a test, and whatcha know- I’m pregnant!

"... with the PCOS and Endometriosis in your family, and all the symptoms you have currently, we need to do more testing but...”

So who are we? How did we come to be? Well- Blake and I met in sixth grade at Liberty middle school. We had our puppy dog love and then went our separate ways (and our stories on it are COMPLETELY different😂) BUT, nine years later here we are, together again- thanks to Instagram no less- married and with a beautiful daughter Blakely.

Blake and I are figuring out what it means to be young parents and a young married couple, together. We’ve got a whole village helping us along the way. From godparents to friends to family, we’ve got enough to show little miss B she is always going to be loved and supported. Small but meaningful family values, Sunday dinners, game night, we’re here for it all. I can’t wait to watch my daughter sprout into a remarkable human being, among the rest of us as we travel through our lives.
